Delivery Information

All shipments are made by ELTA COURIER at a cost of €4 and for orders up to 2kg. For each additional kilo, the cost is +1€.

For the "Monitors" and "PC Cases" categories, there is a bulky item charge of +€6.

The transport costs refer to shipments within mainland Greece and not to inaccessible areas and islands. Shipments outside of Greece and to inaccessible areas and islands are charged differently by transport companies and couriers, and are determined upon consultation, depending on the weight and volume.

If your order has been registered in the www.bizshop.gr system by 12:00 a.m. working day, delivered in the number of working days indicated on the product page and provided the product is available.

For hard-to-reach areas, delivery time may vary.

For very bulky products (White appliances) our store should be consulted by phone for the exact cost of transportation.

The delivery of the order takes place every day and only on working days from Monday to Friday.

In cases of force majeure (pandemic, fires, etc.) our company bears no responsibility for delays caused by couriers.

In case the supplier has changed his stock without any notification to our company, our company bears no responsibility.

Delivery days and times do not apply on holidays, weekends and days when the central warehouse is closed.
